This Privacy Policy explains how SecureView Development LLC ("Post Show Connect," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with the Post Show Connect service and the website at postshowconnect.com (together, the "Service").

Post Show Connect provides post-event follow-up on behalf of companies that exhibit at trade shows and conferences. We work with event organizers and exhibitors to deliver follow-up email and sponsored advertising campaigns. In doing so, we act both as a service provider to those exhibitors and organizers and, for some activities described below, on our own behalf.

Information we collect

We collect and process the following categories of information:

Business contact information. Names, business email addresses, company names, job titles, and similar professional details. This information may come from event organizers, from exhibitors who met you at an event, or from your interactions with our campaigns.
Enriched business information. We use reputable third-party data providers to verify and complete business contact records, such as confirming a current business email address, company, or role. We use this only for professional, business-to-business purposes.
Information you submit through forms. If you complete a form connected to one of our campaigns, including a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form, we receive the information you choose to provide on that form. See "LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms" below.
Engagement information. Whether an email was opened or a link was clicked, and whether an ad was viewed or engaged with, so that we can measure and improve campaign performance.
Website and device information. When you visit postshowconnect.com, we and our providers may collect standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and similar details through cookies and comparable technologies.

How we use information

To deliver follow-up email and advertising campaigns on behalf of the exhibitors that engaged you or your professional community at an event.
To match audiences on advertising platforms, including LinkedIn and Meta, so that campaigns reach the intended professional audience. For this purpose, identifiers such as email addresses are converted into a hashed (one-way encoded) form before they are shared with those platforms.
To measure, analyze, and improve the performance of campaigns and the Service.
To operate, secure, and maintain the Service, and to comply with our legal obligations.

LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms

Some of our campaigns run on LinkedIn and may use LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms. When you submit a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form associated with one of our campaigns, LinkedIn shares the information you provided on that form with us. We use that information to follow up with you about the relevant exhibitor, product, or event, and we handle it in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Your use of LinkedIn is also governed by LinkedIn's own Privacy Policy. You can manage the data LinkedIn associates with you, and your advertising preferences, in your LinkedIn account settings.

Advertising and audience matching

We run sponsored campaigns on professional networks such as LinkedIn and Meta. To define and reach the right audience, we may provide those platforms with hashed identifiers, which the platform compares against its own members to deliver our campaigns. We do not control how those platforms operate, and their handling of your information is governed by their own privacy policies. You can adjust the ads you see and the data used to target them through the advertising settings on each platform.

How we share information

With exhibitors and organizers. We share information with the exhibitor following up with you and, where relevant, with the event organizer connected to that audience.
With service providers. We use vendors to deliver email, host the Service, enrich business records, and run advertising. These providers may process information only to perform services for us.
For legal reasons. We may disclose information where required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Certain advertising activities described above may be considered "sharing" or a "sale" under some state privacy laws; see "Your choices and rights" for how to opt out.

Your choices and rights

Email. Every follow-up email includes an unsubscribe link. You can use it to stop receiving email from a given exhibitor, or contact us to opt out.
Advertising. You can control the ads you see and the data used to reach you through the settings on each professional network.
Access, correction, and deletion. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to opt out of certain sharing for advertising. To make a request, contact us at privacy@postshowconnect.com. We will respond as required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for the purposes described in this Policy, and then delete or de-identify it, unless a longer period is required by law.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International users

We are based in the United States, and information we process may be transferred to and stored in the United States or other countries. Where required, we take steps to provide an appropriate level of protection for such transfers.

Children

The Service is intended for business professionals and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and significant changes will be reflected on this page.
